  1. Logistics Problems


      Please check the packaging of the full extent carefully when receiving.
      If goods is damaged during transit, we will return you directly.
      Please note that after you receive the package and sign it, we will be deemed that you have
      agreed the product is intact during transit.


  2. Product Quality Problems


      For the quality problems, please send email together with the photos of the broken items to
      service@dobaz.com, We always handle this for refund or sending a new one with your next order.
